How to make a different version of the traditional Gremolata recipe? Like I said I don't like Italian parsley, so I had to find another way to make that little recipe that respects the spirit of the recipe, but with herbs that I love! This is the recipe I came up with. I hope you will like it:) Perfect over some nice piece of meat!
Ingredients
1lemon( zest)
3garlic cloves
1cupfresh cilantro
1cupfresh basil
1tsp salt
Instructions
Cut very finely all the herbs.
Put all the herbs into a bowl.
Add the lemon zest.
Add the crushed garlic cloves
Add the salt.
Mix very well keep it in the fridge until serving.
