An easy side dish that can be served with any meat dish.
Ingredients
12baby bok choy
1tbspfresh ginger
3garlic cloves(chopped)
1/2red pepper
2tbspsoy sauce
1tspapple cider vinegar
2tbspsunflower seeds oil
1/2tspsalt
1/2tspground peppers
1/2cupfish stock(chicken stock or water)
Instructions
Prepare the bok choy. Cut them in half, remove any damaged leaves and wash them properly.
Chopped the pepper, the garlic and grated the ginger root. Set these ingredients a side for now.
In a hot skillet add the sunflower seeds oil, the peppers, the garlic, the fresh ginger and the baby bok choy.
Toss the bok choy with the rest of the ingredients to make sure that they are well coated with all the ingredients. Cook for about 3 minutes.
Add the soy sauce, the apple vinegar and seasoned them with salt and peppers. Let them cooked for another 3 more minutes.
Add 1/2 cup of fish stock and let them cook for another 2 minutes. Served them with any piece of meat of your choice. It is an easy and healthy side dish.
