This dip is quite delicious on a pita or with vegetables. Healthy and easy to make!
Ingredients
2
cups
cooked cannellini beans
2
tbsp
olive oil
1
pinch
salt
1
pinch
pepper
2
garlic cloves
1
lemon zest
1/2
lemon juice
1/2
cup
boiled water
Instructions
Put two cups of cooked beans into a measuring cup, add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, boiled water, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
Using a
hand blender
, make a nice smooth puree.
You can drizzle some more olive oil and crack some more pepper and salt to your taste.
