Orange Butter Recipe
In a small saucepan on a low fire, put the butter to which you will sprinkle the flour on it.
Melt both of them. When it is melted add the oranges zest, the orange juice, the brown sugar, the maple syrup, and the water. Whisk carefully.
When it is well-mixed pour into a bowl and set aside. You can serve it warm or cold. You can keep it in the fridge for 4 days, into a small container.
Orange Cheese Pancakes
In a mixing bowl, add the eggs, the vanilla, the sugar, the orange juice and the orange zest, the cheese, the baking powder and mix vigorously.
Add the flour, the spices, and the dry fruits and mix again.
Now it's time to cook them on medium fire. Add a little bit of vegetable oil into a small bowl and with a brush, brush the non-adhesive skillet.
Pour a ladle of the pancake mix into the skillet. Cook each side for about 2 minutes or until you see appearing some bubbles through.
Set them aside until ready to serve.
