Grease the Bundt Cake mold with butter or oil. Grease carefully the entire inside of the Bundt cake pan, then add a little bit of flour inside the pan and then by moving the pan in a way that the flour sticks to the oil or butter were applied.
Preheat the oven at 375 degrees.
Peel the pears and cut them into small pieces. About the size of 2 inches x 2 inches, set them aside.
With a stand mixer, add the eggs, the yogurt, the yogurt, the sugar, vegetable oil and mix carefully.
When everything is well mixed, add the flour, the cut pears, the raisins and mix again.
Topping
Put some of the sugar at the bottom of the prepared baking Bundt cake pan, also add some of the oat flakes.
Keep the rest for the other side of the cake. This little topping adds some crunch to the Bundt Cake.
When the ingredients are well mixed, pour the mixture into the Bundt cake baking dish, on top of the topping. On top of the cake batter, add the rest of the sugar and the oat flakes.
Cooking the Bundt Cake
Place the baking dish in the oven and cook for 20-30 minutes. To verify that the cake is ready, just pick with a knife. If the knife comes out clean it's ready:)
