Ingredients

big fresh Tomato
2
bell peppers
(red, yellow or orange)
2
small red onions
4
garlic cloves
1/2
lemon
(his juice)
1/2
lime
(his juice)
1
tbsp
vinegar
2
cups
tomato passata
2
tbsp
dry oregano
1/2
cup
fresh cilantro
Instructions
The first thing to do, you must gather all your vegetables. Chopped them all into small cubes, the size is about 1 inch by 1 inch.
After all your vegetables are cut, just put them into a saucepan with a little bit of oil, and cook them on a medium fire.
After you see that your vegetables are tender, add the tomato passata, the vinegar, the lemon juice, the spices, and the herbs.
Now cook the salsa for about another 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove the salsa from the fire and reserve to accompanied the nachos.
