Take a meat hammer and beat the meat in order to make them thinner and more flat.
Lay the meat flat on a baking dish. Add the cheese slices in the center of the pork fillet and then add the prosciutto slices on top of the cheese. Be sure to spread them evenly on the filets.
Add the pre-cooked spinach on top of the prosciutto slices.
Close the pork fillet. Use some butcher twine to keep them close. Set aside.
Start the oven at 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Tomato Sauce
Add the tomato sauce into a mixing bowl, add the chopped garlic, the dry basil, the dry oregano and mix carefully.
Add the sauce on top of the pork fillet. Cover the baking dish with a foiled paper and place the dish in the middle grill. Cook in the oven for about 1 1/2 hour at 325 degrees.
When it is finished cooking, don't forget to cut the butcher twine before serving. This pork can be served with simple white rice or with your favorite pasta! Bon appétit!
