Banana Spice Cookies with Chocolate Chips

Ingredients

cup
brown sugar
3/4
cup
vegetable oil
4
eggs
2
cups
mashed banana
(3 to 4 bananas)
4
cups
flour
3

baking powder
1
tsp
cinnamon
1/2
tsp
baking soda
1/2
tsp
salt
1/2
tsp
nutmeg
3/4
cup
semi-sweet chocolate Chips
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, mix the oil and the brown sugar until smooth texture.
Add the eggs and the bananas; mix well.
Combine the flour, baking powder, the cinnamon, baking soda, salt, and the nutmeg.
Add to the creamed mixture and mix very well.
Stir in the semi-sweet
chocolate chips
into the mix. The dough will be very soft.
Prepare 3 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Drop the dough using a cookie spoon onto the cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart.
Bake them at 375 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes. Place the hot
cookies
into a wire rack to cool.
