What is Turkish pizza
Lahmacun is a round, thin piece of dough topped with minced meat usually beef or lamb and with minced vegetables. It is sometimes described as Turkish pizza, Armenian pizza, or similar names. According to the Wikipedia article, though it somewhat resembles a pizza, it has only in modern times been called by that name, and it is of Middle Eastern rather than European origin. Furthermore, unlike pizza, lahmacun traditionally does not contain cheese. Lahmacun is a popular dish in Armenia, Lebanon, Syria, Turkey, and Armenian and Turkish communities worldwide.
