You what I prefer the most about making my own pizza? It is to be able to choose my own toppings! By making it at home you turn your pizza into a delicious gourmet experience with the toppings of your choice. From fresh-sliced veggies to premium pepperoni and other exquisite meats, you’re sure to love every bite.
How to make pizza dough at home
Put all the ingredients into a bowl. Using a mixer or a stand mixer, mix all ingredients. When all the ingredients are mixed, place the dough on the countertop. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes. When the dough is kneaded, pour a little bit of olive oil into a large bowl. Place your kneaded dough bottom facing down, into the oiled bowl. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and a towel. Let it rise for 2 hours, in a warm place. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. When you are ready to eat, shape your pizza disk, put your favorite toppings on them. Place the pizza into the oven, and cook for 10 to 20 minutes depending on your oven.

Vegetarian: Mozzarella cheese (1 lb), Pizza sauce (1 can), Extra virgin olive oil (8.5 oz.), Diced white onions (2 cups), Diced garlic (1 clove), Diced green peppers (2 cups), Mushroom slices (4 oz.), Green olives with pimento filling, Garlic powder (.5 oz.), and so much more!!!!

- 900 gr double ''00'' flour
- 475 ml luke-warm water
- 2 tsp salt
- 20 gr yeast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
