How to make Chocolate Chip Cookies with Orange Marmalade

How to make chocolate chip cookies with orange marmalade is really easy. It can be done in one single bowl and in less than 30 minutes. First, preheat the oven at 400 degrees and then take out a large bowl or a stand mixer and crack two large eggs in it. Next, add baking powder and baking soda and whisk very well.

After you see that the eggs have become somewhat pale yellow and foamy, then you can add the oil, and whisk. Now it’s time to add the cocoa powder, the baking powder, the baking soda, the salt, and the orange marmalade and mix it until a homogenous texture. After this, add one cup of flour at a time until you have used all your flour. And lastly, add your chocolate chips and mix them very well.

First, place a parchment paper on two baking sheets. Then, scoop some of the dough and place it onto a baking sheet with a distance of 2 inches between the cookies. You must keep some distance between the cookies because they will expand a little bit. Cook the cookies at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes.

How to store chocolate chip cookies

The best way to store your chocolate chip cookies and to make sure your cookies don’t dry out. Use a plastic container that closes hermetically. I recommend not using cookie jars unless you know that it closes hermetically, like this one. Keep them on the countertop and away from the light or a source of heat. Not longer than 5 days. These cookies are my favorites to cheer me up.  They are the perfect cookies, chewy, fruity and full of awesome goodness. Don’t forget your tall glass of milk!

I would have not thought of orange and chocolate until a friend of mine took me to a fondue restaurant and the dessert was chocolate fondue with Gran Marnier. It was delicious. These cookies remind me of that . i bet they are so good.

Miam, Grand Marnier is a very good liquor! Orange and chocolate to my opinion is like chocolate and coffee, never ever it can go wrong:) LOLL Thank you for your nice comments.

Your recipe doesn’t list baking soda or oil but step 2 says mix eggs with baking soda and powder and step 3 says add oil…. Can you please update the ingredients cuz I would like to try this. Also, the oil replaces the butter right? Again, at the moment there’s no fat so I just want to make sure. I’m legit not trying to be mean so please don’t read it with a snippy tone, they look delicious I just can’t make them without the measurements. Thanks!
