- 5 cups cranberries
- 5 cups water
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 oranges orange zest
- 1 orange orange juice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Wash the cranberries and the oranges very well.
- Zest 2 oranges and squeeze the juice of one orange only.
- Put all the ingredients in a big pot, bring to a boil and, after removing the lid, let it simmer for one hour.
